Try this fun and easy mixed fruit granola cake recipe
Take 1 cup curd and 1.5 cup powdered sugar. Mix it well. Add 1 cup maida and 1.5 cup suji. Mix it well. Add 1.5 teaspoon baking powder, 1 small teaspoon essence and baking soda. Expert tip: Add a little milk to help mix well. The batter is ready. Put it in the mould.
Now add some Fit & Flex Mixed Fruit Granola to it. Preheat the oven for 10 minutes at 180 degrees. Bake the cake for 20-25 minutes.
Take a wooden pick, Insert it into the centre of the cake to do a quick check. If it comes out clean, your cake is ready. Your awesome, tasty and healthy granola cake is ready to be devoured
