Try this healthy mixed berry granola bar recipe
Heat your oven to 350 degrees. Line your oven tray with aluminium foil bottom and sides and all the foil slightly with a paper towel. Chop 1/2 cup almonds and add them to the baking tray with your Happy Berries Fit & Flex granola. Mix and spread them evenly in the tray and bake for 5 minutes. Stir and bake for another 5 minutes until they are lightly roasted and transfer to a large bowl.
Take a quarter cup of butter and 1/3 cup of honey in a saucepan. Add a quarter cup of brown sugar, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract and some salt. Cook on medium flame and stir occasionally till the sugar completely dissolves. Pour the mixture in the bowl of almonds and granola. Mix well and let it cool for 5 minutes. Add a small cup of chocolate chips and stir to mix well (Optional, You can replace this with cut pistachios as well).
Transfer it all to the foiled oven tray and press the mixture with your hands to make it even. Cover the tray with aluminum foil and refrigerate for 2 hours. After 2 hours remove the tray and gently remove the granola block from the tray. Cut into as many pieces as you like and enjoy.
