Healthy Granola Parfait Recipe

This is probably the quickest and the easiest and equally delicious Fit & Flex Granola recipe you can make. Its preparation time is less than 5 minutes. And then you can devour for hours! And the best part about this recipe is that you can easily adjust the quantities of the ingredients as per your liking. There’s no fixed rule. Just go wild!

All you need is:


  • Make layers of yoghurt and Fit & Flex Granola in a tall glass or jar.
  • Sprinkle honey or maple syrup as per your liking.
  • Keep making layers till the glass is full.
  • It is literally done. Serve and enjoy!

Our recommendation:

If the yoghurt is nice and cool, this parfait becomes the perfect dessert in these hot summers!

We recommend the Happy Berries flavour, but it tastes equally nice with the others as well.
