Delicious Granola Cake

Healthy Granola Cake
Who said healthy food can’t be delicious? Go ahead and try out this easy and delicious Granola cake recipe. Crumbly on the outside and soft and luscious inside, this cake will blow your mind!
  • Ingredients:
  • 1 1/2 cup of Suji
  • 1 cup of curd
  • 1 cup Maida
  • 1 cup of Fit & Flex granola
  • 1 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • Oil
  • Milk
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 small teaspoon essence
  • Baking soda
  • Take curd and powdered sugar. Mix it well.
  • Add Maida and Suji. Mix it well.
  • Add baking powder, essence and baking soda.
  • Now add some Fit & Flex Granola to it. Expert tip: Add a little milk to help mix well.
  • The batter is ready. Put it in the mould.
Baking the cake:
  • Preheat the oven for 10 minutes at 180 degrees
  • Bake the cake for 20-25 minutes
  • Take a wooden pick, insert it into the center of the cake to do a quick check
  • If it comes out clean..your cake is ready
  • Your awesome, tasty and healthy granola cake is ready to be devoured!
Our Recommendation:
Do not remove the cake from the pan until it cools down completely. The cake gets nice and crunchy because of this.
